Our condo can be rented as a deluxe two floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom
unit (total approx 1210 square feet), a one bedroom suite (appprox 860
square feet) or a one bedroom hotel unit (approx. 350 square feet).
The hotel unit has a queen-sized bed, large bathroom tub/shower, cable
TV with VCR, small bar fridge, coffee maker, and small ocean front
sundeck. It has a separate secure entrance but can be combined
with the upper level of the one-bedroom suite to create a deluxe 2
bedroom/2 bath unit. The upper level of the one bedroom suite has
a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, with tub/shower, separate
dining area, living room with wood burning fireplace, 2 leather sofas,
53 inch giant screen TV/DVD home theatre, local telephone, one bedroom
with a king-sized bed & private furnished deck with spectacular
ocean view. Besides, there are two single foam mattresses in the
storeroom inside the secure entrance.
